Damaged ceilings due to storm and wind

Due to heavy storm and wind, my ceilings collapsed as the wind pushed the door wide open in the dining area. Santam asssesor came to investigate and included me in all communications until the claim was approved and I must say a job well done, new skimmed ceilings were replaced and walls painted thereafter.
