Damaged Ceiling

Ceiling damaged due to bad weather and two weeks later. Still waiting on a response, left messages twice for the claims assessor Stella , still waiting for response. Even sent pics showing the ceiling is been held up by a make-shift stand in a room that I sleep in, absolutely no urgency from a company like Santam , very disappointing!
