Customer service recognition

Recently did a change of address. The consultant who initially assisted me was excellent, asked all the relevant questions (I think this is scripted depending on the request from the Customer). However, I did not receive my new and updated contract. Then I did a follow up call 3 days later and was assisted by LUVO MANYAKANYAKA. Again excellence service was received. However, Luvo noticed that the address on my car (I have car and household insurance) was not updated. No problem, we fixed that. This time I got a fully updated contract as promised. Things happen and calls come in and send we forget to press send. Overall the service from both consultants was excellent, but Luvo made sure my overall profile was up to date and I receive the new contract. It is great to deal with individuals who have a passion for the work. I could hear it in their voices. But this recognition is for Luvo. Thank you and may your value be appreciated.
