I am writing to extend my deepest Gratitude for the outstanding Customer service support I received from Maleeka Beilh regarding a third-party claim for my dad. From the moment we put in the claim there was constant update and communication and was escalated to the relevant departments to action. From the beginning Ms Beilh was very attentive and took me through the process and guided me through with clarity and ease.
