CUSTOMER FIRST @ SANTAM ! EXCELLENT SERVICE !
THANK YOU ! Clinton & Reagan for excellent, excellent, EXCELLENT customer service by putting the CUSTOMER & HIS/HER NEEDS FIRST ! By re-instating policy *** from yesterday, 12/06/2015 (as it was within 30day's period: 17/04 vs 06/05) and cancelling replacement policy *** from inception date with a 72 hour refund of R2,069.24 (R939.08 dd 13/05 & R1,130.16 dd 01/06) to your client. Thank you for treating the business, Santam, as your own - going the extra mile, having a great attitude, taking ownership and solve the problem(s) ! This is what makes Santam THE Insurance co. to be with ! Keep it up ! Much appreciated !
