Customer does not come first!!

Chevrolet Lumina was repaired at santam preferred supplier, Coalfields panel beaters in Witbank.<br> <br> The vehicle was scratched by them and the repairs was not done to my satisfaction, They fitted a \pirate\" radiator to my vehicle, and the vehicle kept on overheating, they suggested I change the thermostat, after I paid for the new thermostat the vehicle still was overheating, when I collected my vehicle the windows was left open and the dust and over spray was inside the vehicle, there was also dirty hand marks on the door panels. The owner gave off my vehicle and said sorry they did not have time to was and clean my vehicle.<br> <br> when I drove the vehicle from the panel beaters the automatic gearbox was slipping and not selecting gears!!!!, they did not fill the gearbox with automatic transmission fluid, thou they knew that the radiator also acts as the gearbox cooler. This is totally unacceptable from a so called professional shop! Driving the automatic transmission without oil can damage the gearbox!! This damage will be consequential and can only surface in time!! now santam wants to force me to take the vehicle back !! my vehicle is not going back to them!<br> I want a genuine part "
