I contacted the Santam offices in Bloemfontein icw a query regarding my premium. I was referred to a lady named Lerato and explained my problem. she was very professional and helpful, but her friendliness and willingness to assist me exceded my expectations greatly.

Today I went to the office to confirm my query and had the privilege to meet Lerato. She is a beautiful person and is a awesome representative of Santam. my husband has been a client of Santam for 38 years and we have only received excellent service from them as we received from Lerato today. Thank you Lerato for blessing us with your undivided attention and love. we felt good when we left your office this morning.
