Crazy Price Increase - Loses Client

Santam Insure just lost a client today after more than 5years of loyal support.. They are so full of themselves, raising my policy by 15% and then throwing risk percentages and loss ratio's at me.. Who even knows what that means.. I contacted them and asked for more clarity only to received short, conversation ending answers.. Discovery Insure came back with a policy that covers more, gives more benefits and is more than R500 a month cheaper.. It saddens me, after more than 5 years that Santam turned its back on me..
