Constant reminders to upload inspection photographs

I recently added a new vehicle to my insurance. I am receiving constant requests to upload photos of the vehicle for "inspection". I have uploaded and have a receipt from Santam that all was OK and received.

Is this now to be a daily requirement?

Santam service has always been so good.. What has changed?
