Concerned Insurance Holder with another company

I have cancelled my insurance with Santam years ago but my credit report is still not updated. As a consumer they are affecting me in every way possible. May I kindly request them to update my credit report. I have no dealings with them as they look for every possible way under the sun not to assist with claim payouts.
