Compliment for Claims administrator
Natassja Struwig assisted with my client's cell phone claim. She was efficient, fast and friendly and I have a very happy customer. Santam in general have met my expectations and even gone beyond them. They really set the bar high for competing companies and I do commend them. Well done Natassja.
