In September of 2022, we were involved in a car accident with one of the Truck's from Millennium Meats, we can given the details of their insurer which is Santam.

We were sent back and forth on emails and telephone conversations, which resulted in a decision to go their offices in Braamfontein.

We didn't have an appointment and requested to see Dineo Mantjie, unfortunately she was not in, and someone else was gonna be sent down in regards to our query.

We met Mr Vonani Mashila, who signed us in and set us down in a boardroom to hear our grievances, requested policy number ( *** ) and explained what happened and place with a solution, for this I will recommend the gentleman for outstanding service and first time resolution, of our matter and for this I can easily recommend Santam to anyone due to Mr Mashila cognitive specialist attitude and for this I still thank you from the bottom of my heart for assisting my family.
