Compliment

I was very angry and disappointed in the way i was treated recently with a claim I registered at Santam. I was never explained in detail how my policy works. I want to thank Bernadette Julies a consultant at Santam Cape town for her excellent service. She changed the bad trust and the bad experience I had with Santam into a positive.Yesterday i went to Santam offices here in Cape Town and Bernadette Julies was the one who helped me sorted out and explained to me in full how my policy works. I love the way she treated me and my husband in a calm and very professional manner. I told Bernadette Julies yesterday when i walked into Santam offices that my ambrella at Santam was full of holes and went I walk out my ambrella is solid again.
