Complaint:Repairs for third party(N Gongotha)

I was involved in an accident in April the 28th 2015 whereby Mr J Kuschke bumped at the back of my car and admitted fault, then referred me to his insurer Santam where i had several communications with no joy.<br> They are cutting all my quotation costs for the damages in half and claiming that some of the damages did not happen in the accident. No communication has been made to me regarding the matter. Im not happy with the service santam is offering regarding this and would want this matter urgently resolved.<br> <br> I have asked so many times why the costs were reduced but no explaination has been made. No proper inspection was done by the assessor Luiz Boaventura from IMB.
