Complaint on the risk put upon my life.

It has been a very treacherous and dangerous journey that I had been put through by a company over a period of 5 years, to date. Risking my life by constantly appearing for the legal matter only for the matter to be dismissed. My health and the risk of contracting COVID-19 had not been considered on a case which at the end of the day was dismissed. No response or any form of acknowledgment of what one has gone through thanks to this company. Thank you Santam for putting your client and also not knowing where your client's motor vehicle is when questioned about it. Is this how you treat all your clients especially during these dangerous pandemic times? I had to self vaccinate several times from having to travel to appear over the past 5 years. Thanks to Santam.
