Complaint about Santam Brolink vehicle insurance

I would like to share my dissatisfaction and disappointment with Santa brolink vehicle insurance. My car went for repairs and Santam brolink insurance as my vehicle insurance gave me a rental car from Avis as per insurance agreement. My car was towed on the 24/04/2018 to the panel beaters. The approval of the claim was granted only the 23 of May (a month later).

I had to use the hired car for a month with no feedback from Santam brolink vehicle insurance. I have been harassed by Avis for their car and had to pay from my own pocket for the car rental because I have been using their car for over 30 days . I am still using the rental car and paying for it as my car is still not back. I emailed brolink and no remourse was shown or help provided. This is the worst service ever.
