<p>Was in a motor vehicle accident at beginning of the year. Upon discussing the accident with SAPS and policy holder of other vehicle (Mr HJ Weidemann - insured by Outsurance) we agreed that the accident was caused by Mr Weidemann's wife who was driving the vehicle. I got my car back from panelbeaters on 15 April 2015 and had to pay the access firstupon which the money would be claimed back from Outsurance. When I enquired about the the case via my broker, I was informed that Santam has decided that the accident was caused by myself and therefore they will be be claiming access back from Outsurance. I told them that this cannot be. The claim was then resubmitted. When I enquired again via broker I was informed that if quilty person does have the money, I will have to suffer the loss. I did not want to accept this. After several enuiries via my broker, I was informed that the mattter will be finalised by 4 August 2016. Despite all of my enquiries Satam has not come back to me with a positve answer despite the matter being carring on for more than four months.</p>
