Complaining about service I'm getting from hendrick selolo

I'm very sad to be insured with santam, since 25 of September 2023 when I got an accident I don't even know if the car can be fixed or written off ,the accesor is Mr hendrick selolo he doesn't want to give me information and he is very rude.
