Complain about Santam Car insurance services

Santam is a very bad insurance, their client bumped into my car over 2months already and none of santam representative has bothered to contact me in getting my car fixed. On several occasions I have phoned their offices and tried to contact Nazeem Jacobs at *** who according to their client is the main person working on the claim and till this day i haven't gotten a response.

I need my car fixed. these insurance are a big ****. I will fight this until my car is fixed.
