Complain

<div>My name is Lorraine Motlalepule Segole the owner of no 13 Roycevilla Complex, Royce street CW5 Vanderjlpark. I am writing this as a complain. I bought the property in 2018. I have made some renovation on the property after moving in but it's is unfortunate that the Celling was not part of the renovation I made. And now it's frustrating that I am paying the insurance, but when I have experience some problem regarding the property I am not assisted by the broker. This is happening for the second time. I have claimed last year with the very same problem and my claim was rejected and I was not given reasons at to why my claim was rejected. I therefore need clarity as to why was my claim rejected. I also need demand that the matter be investigated since I also mentioned that I had a geyser burst and the water was coming out from the ceiling. And the sad part is that one doesn't even have a policy document clarifying or explaining what is covered and what is not covered, and because of that I therefore demand that my claim to be covered since and don't have knowledge as to what is covered and what is not covered. Or else can I be refunded all the premiums that I have been paying since because there is no use of me having a cover that doesn't even have the policy documents, I am not even sure that if there is a need for me to continue with this cover since it doesn't serve the purpose of me paying.
