Complain

On the 3rd of November 2017 I had an accident with one of the track and my two doors on the drivers side was damaged. I call my insurance which is Santam, they told me to take my car to one of the panel beaters after a while I call them and ask about the process of my car the person I was dealing with him told me that because of my two doors a very expensive they will write off my car. My car is Nissan Qashqai and I told them that you can not write off the car because of expensive doors, I'm the one whose keep on calling them after that he said they will give me money and I must get the registered panel beaters and I agree with them because Its been three months I don't have car. On the 9th of January 2018 the guy email me the agreement of loss the first one was R74 600.00 after an hour he email me another one for R71 418.66 and he told me the first one was the mistake and I sign because I'm desperate I need my car its been a long time. As from the 9th of January until today still waiting for that money if I email him he just respond like "I will make a follow up with finance dept." But I'm the one whose keep on asking he don't update me until I call or email him. In this three they still taking they debt every month. I regret the day I took Santam Insurance because service is not good at all. My claim number is ********** 43
