Commission fees more than 17% of my premium
I was sent an email last week regarding the annual increase in premium and noticed that the commission i am paying is R128,51 that is more than 17% of my actual premium!
I have tried contacting Santam and explained to them that this is not fair and asked them if there is any way they can reduce my premium but got a response both times of no sorry there is nothing they can do. Im sorry but to pay that high fees in commission every month for the lifetime of my plan for a once off service is just ridiculous!
