Cold called and offered outrageous quote
Santam decided to cold call me only to offer me insurance quote which is R2,000 more than what I am paying already. What waste of my time. If I knew they were going to waste my time, I wasn't going to entertain their SPAM call. Now I have just accumulated an unnecessary credit enquiry and my credit score will drop.
