Co-payment Santam

I, Tobie Alberts, am insured by Santam for the last 38 years. During February this year my vehicle was damage due to wet tar on the road. I've put in a claim with Santam, and the vehicle was repaired. In the beginning of May, I received an email from my broker saying that in future there will be a R1500.00 co-payment on any claim, because in the last 3 years there were 3 claims. (1. vehicle windscreen, 2. tarr on road, 3. damage on vehicle while driving - no negligence After 38 years of being a loyal client and almost no claims, I think this is unacceptable. After I complaint at my broker, Santam reduced the co-payment to R1000.00. I am still not satisfied as my insurance policy states "no co-payment on any claims". There email address: ***
