Clear communication and smooth process On handling my claim

I’d like to share my experience with the insurance consultant, Mansoor Martin who handled my claim.

From the start, I was clearly guided through the claims process. The consultant referred me to a service provider for an assessment that was conveniently located near where I live, which made the process much easier.

After the assessment, I received timely feedback letting me know that the report had been received and that my claim is now with their legal department. The communication has been transparent and reassuring.
