after being a loyal customer for many years, Santam has shown me that they do not need the business. On two separate occasions I have been messed around with their Europassist offering. You should be ashamed of yourself Santam for the deplorable levels of service you offer to clients who without fail make their monthly payments. I need an insurer who is there for me when I need them. You have shown that you are not able to be that insurer. I am disappointed and left feeling totally helpless.
