We recently had a house ******* at my home, luckily none of my family was home at the time of the incident. As per normal protocol I logged a claim with my insurance company, in turn an assessor company was appointment.
Since then I was required to provide proof & photographic evidence of my items that was ******. Frankfully the entire process is disappointing.
Being question at what seems like every turn, needing to jump through several hoops, to simply have my lost items replaced.
So in conclusion, the entire process to me feels like I am being interrogated. I can imagine that one would have clients, that attempt to have items replaced, well above their previous items. However treating all clients under the same bar, should not always be the case. So in theory I am paying over R4000 per month on my premium, to jump through hoops when needing my insurance.
I am somewhat at a loss for words to correctly convey my disappointment at the service provided.
