Claims

Good day,

I am formally lodging my dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent insurance claim. On Saturday evening, my television was maliciously damaged by a child. Following my claim submission, your consultant arranged for a technician to assess the damage. I also provided an independent report, which confirmed the damage was malicious in nature—the television was deliberately dropped, resulting in a cracked screen. With this being said, I would like to log an FS Complaint.

I submitted my claim on Monday. At no point was I informed that a police report was required to validate a malicious damage claim. The consultant later rejected my claim solely on the absence of this report, despite the fact that your team failed to communicate this requirement. Furthermore, the consultant attempted to reclassify the incident as accidental damage, which is inaccurate. Multiple adults witnessed the television being intentionally thrown off the stand. Attempting to redefine this as accidental damage is unacceptable.

This is now the second claim where I have encountered similar obstruction and poor communication. I pay monthly premiums with the expectation of reliability, transparency, and adequate support. Instead, I have experienced repeated uncer*****y, shifting requirements, and attempts to avoid honoring legitimate claims. This conduct undermines the very service I am paying for.

I expect immediate clarification on your definition of malicious versus accidental damage, and a fair reassessment of my claim. Continued failure to provide transparent and reliable service will leave me with no choice but to escalate this matter further.
