Claim still not processed

Hi Santam

I submitted my storm claim on the 13th of Feb and still no resolve or turn around on when our flooded floors will be fixed

We are living in 2 rooms with mould and have a baby on the way!!

But No urgency to send in an assessor to get this claim going

I’ve called , I’ve emailed and nothing, so I have to rest to complaining on this platform

When this policy was sold to me, I was told that the claims experience is where the Santam quality lies and I m yet to experience it
