Claim still not paid almost 2 months now

I'm not happy with how my claim has been handled by XINIX Insurance Brokers,FSP Solutions and Santam I was hijacked on the 17 Oct 2017 and my claim dragged on and on and on its been a Month and 25 days now and its still not paid and on top of that the bank is still debiting my account whats that point of having insurance if they don't live up to their promise, XINIX is not giving me any feedback, I don't know if Santam is aware of this but this is ruining their image, how can I refer people to them with such a service I've ended up calling and sending emails directly to FSP Solutions numerous times and I'm not getting anywhere, I'm being told that they are waiting for original ENATIS documents from the bank, which the bank said to me they can't release them before payment is made. I'm caught in a situation whereby I'm paying for something that I lost in a terrible and stressful manner and the insurance is just making things worse for me. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
