I have submitted all required and requested documents to Santan for the past 1year and 2months after my combi was damaged by their client. I could not get any response from them until I was assisted by Aziza from lensure Santam refuses to pay the total damages. Their offering me R4300 led than what I paid to get my car fixed. I used my car car for business now the refuse to pay the total amount, I communicated this to Precious Madonsela who has not come back to me. I want to know why is Santam ripping me off? I didn't damage my car why would they want to leave me in debt?
