Claim Repudiated

I submitted a claim for a gate motor through santam. The feedback I got is that the gate motor PC BOARD was damaged by rodents, urinating on the PC BOARD, my question to them was they must show me how can a rodent get to the top of the gate motor, with cover and anti-theft lock as well. I inquired with Centurion the company that sells gate motors, they advised that rodents won't be able to get to the PC BOARD. Now santam has repudiated my claim. Everyone must know that you pay insurance for no cover at the end of the day.
