Claim Rejection

Very bad experience from this insurance company. My mother had been a customer for years and when it's time to claim, Santam looked for any loose end for not settling her claim. They even came to conclusions which are even not true so that they can decline the claim. We still have not went all the steps necessary to challenge the decision, today we received a call that we have to pay storage for the vehicle. I am actually on the road from Nelspruit to Midrand so that I can collect the car from the panel beaters. I am so disappointed from the treatment we received.
