Claim Rejected Even Though Items Specified

I have a commercial policy with Santam via broker Wealth Financial Advisers. Unfortunately, my business had a break-in on 19/02/2016 & came to a standstill until 02/03/2016. I was advised telephonically by my broker to purchase the office equipment to get operational. My broker was also advised of the items replaced on 2/03/2016. My Computers & Software (specified items), CCTV Cameras, Photocopier, Portable Hard Drive were replaced. Diagnostic Tool, Starter Booster (specified Items) still to be replaced & the repairs to the gates & door were temp repaired. I was advised by my broker that Santam is only willing to pay certain items, this was 10 working days later (4/03/2016). According to Santam, the photocopier can be repaired for R450.00 however, to date we have still not received the repaired photocopier. With regards to the software, installation of Pastel was only approved, however MS Office/anti-virus & Auto Data an essential part to the functioning of my business was not. CCTV cameras, I was informed by 3 reputable companies that the replacement parts for the existing cameras were obsolete & since we were offered a package wit PCs, I replaced. I want my claim resolved
