CLAIM REJECTED BY SANTAM INSURANCE(****MERS)

I bought a contract phone from MTN and I was advised to take an MTN Insurance which is administered by SANTAM little did I know that I was signing a deal with ****MERS!!!! I never received any documents that stipulates the terms and conditions but I was informed that it is ALL RISK Insurance meaning it covers everything. On the 1st of May 2024 I was ****** at Ottery by 3 unknown ladies, one lady approached me and requested to use my phone inside the store little did I know that the lady had intentions of robbing me of my belongings. The lady informed me that she came to buy a fridge however the driver is getting lost therefore she requested to use my phone. I gave the lady my phone and after few seconds I felt dizzy and they ran away with my belongings including my bank cards I also lost money in the process. As a client of Santam I claimed my phone as i was ******, now they are rejecting my claim stating that I loaned these people my phone therefore that is not covered on their policy, mind you I don’t even have a policy document from them. What makes me angry is the fact that this is a case of theft and ******* and the police are doing investigation, I don’t understand this it really makes me mad. I took all risk insurance hoping that in any event my device will be insured now surprisingly they are not. I have been paying every month but now I must pay a phone that I no longer have that is insane and ridiculous, maybe you thought this is a fairytale story???these things actually happen in our communities if you care to know.SANTAM PLEASE RE-LOOK AT MY CLAIM AND GIVE ME A PROPER FEEDBACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
