Claim refused

I made claim on my house content cover and was told that I refused a surge cover on my sales pitch call. I requested to be forwarded the recording but till now I am still waiting for the call recording. My policy number is ***. I am really disappointed by the way they handled my case cause they just don't want to pay and coming with all sorts of excuses. To top it all I am the one who is making follow ups
