Claim paid within a week no hassles

It is not often that I get to write compliments on hellopeter,so when I do get the opportunity to write a compliment,it gives me a great amount of pleasure because that means that I have been given service beyond my expectation,& I must admit I am not a very easy customer.We recently moved to Santam from Hollard by choice of the company,& one of our vehicles got ******,my husband and I were really not looking foward to putting in a claim,because of the dreaded stories you hear of peoples claims not getting paid out or taking forever to get paid etc,anyway we did everything from our side timeously,we got paid out within a week of putting in our claim,something we never expected,Johan was our broker who quoted us on the insurance,we didnt expect him to be with us even at claim stages,usually brokers quote u,get you to take the insurance and you never hear from them again,so we were really surprised and very happy when he assisted us through the claim process,it is nice to know that he was with us from inception till now,well done Johan and team, you really deserve this compliment,we are blown away by the speed & effeciency as to how this claim was handled.We are sure to tell everyone
