Claim on car repairs

I have been in contact with the agents/stuff from santam on a claim regarding my car as a third party claimant since the 20th of July 2015. Till this date I have not got a proper response and I was promised a 10 days turnaround time which never happened. I have been in contact with Mbali Mxokiswa last email was dated 05/08/2015 and Lonias Dlamini was on the 29/07/2015. They both sent me an email confirming that I will get a response within 10 working days. reference number for my claim is ***. Its frustrating not to get help or update for such a long time especially after submitting all the required information. About three weeks ago I have received a call from one guy, he told me that he was in contact with Dent Doctor Randburg to arrange for a quotation since the ones I have submitted were not VW registered. I have never heard from the guy since the day. Unfortunately I forgot the name and did not take a reference number for the call.<br> <br> I hope to receive a proper feedback from you.<br>
