I was involved in an accident on the 28 od july 2015 with a Santam client'obviously im third party.<br> Theier client reported the accident to santam...i was later called by santam send me documents of requirements to adhere to speedily process the claim.<br> <br> In their documentation it states i should look for 3 quotes and submit as im not their direct client, they wont send an assesor.<br> <br> But the last communication i was sent was they going to send an assessor to asess my vihcle.<br> I did exactly as directed i now always have to beg for feedback to no response.<br> <br> Its really fustrating to be stopped by traffic officers because of the damage on my car i need this resolved asap!<br> <br> Somebody own up resposibility
