claim not sorted
I had an accident with my car and santam was suppose to settle my vehicle finance with African bank but it has been now 2 weeks and it is still not sorted and I need to get a new car. I have logged a complaint about African bank and now im doing so again against santam, they refuse to send the right documentation to African bank or to me. I am at my wits end as I do not know what to do next.
