Claim not processed after 5 1/2 weeks.

A claim for a motor vehicle accident was reported to Santam via the Santam claim call center as well as SBIB on 16 April 2015. Absolutely NO response to date in spite of many follow up calls from our side. Very dissapointed as we have always received excellent service in the past.
