Claim not paid

I have changed my banking details and advised my new bank to transfer all my debit orders. For some reason only the Santam debit order did not go off and I had a claim during that time. A letter from santam arrived assuring me that my policy would not be affected by this as long as the next debit order can go off twice. I then gave Santam my new banking details to make sure this does not happen again. Guess what conveniently for them while I was waiting for my claim to pay out (already signed a document for the payout) my second debit order did not go off and they cancelled my policy together with my claim. And all they can say is sorry but no premiums was paid for 2 months.

CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW IS THAT INSURANCE GOOD AND PROPPER. Even worse I advised lots of my friends and family to go with santam. Even my own mother. If they don't resolve this quickly I will make sure they lose alot of clients. And I would advise anyone thinking of insuring your property at Santam to think twice.
