Claim- No Feedback

I am a client of Santam and I am so disgusted of the type of the service that I have experience during my first claim experience to date, regardless of the fact that they had to apply extra 5000 on excess which they say is because of my drivers license of C1,Honestly the whole process has been discouraging from onset coz I have to always call them for feedback and when I sent emails to Werner he does not respond and amazingly when I contact their claims/contact centres some of their colleagues cant still understand why the 5000 extra has to apply. it is a pure scandoulous for Samtam to firstly take C1 clients to their business if they will experience this type of service which includes silent.i always had great respect for them as I used to tell my associates but during this period they have proven me otherwise as a customer.silent---silent--left me with frustration. Lynette also in their Cape Town still silent.
