Very, very bad customer service I had to endure with Santam. Early April 2019 I was involved in a car accident with Santam client. I provided all relevant documents as per Third party claims consultant whom were delighted to play delay tactics all the time. Only for Santam to advise me that I am responsible for their client bad driving. Santam talk about 100 years of bad service and robbing people for your clients mistakes. Loss of income that I had to suffer and Santam doesn't want to pay to fix my car. Who suppose to pay???? BAD SERVICE would not recommend Santam to anyone.

10 Jul 2019, 09:45Not a very good morning. I’m still waiting for Santam to come back and resolve the mess.
In the Republic of South Africa roads the law clearly states no U-turn is permitted while driving. Santam client did a U-turn and caused injuries to me, my wife & kids. Worse of all the digital assessor contacted the people suppose to fix the car and ask for a discount on the quote I provided them with and R45k was agreed upon with the panel beater. Then when they settle they literally insulted me. Bad Company Santam they reward their client for doing a U-turn and causing damages to other people cars.... Check your accident report and advise how is my fault.... Good for nothing Company

Not surprising as my father had a problem with you guys couple of years back. People need to be notified of what this pre-democracy company doing to black people. Celebrating 100 of robbing black people for few minority. Civil case will be open against your client as she is the one on the wrong. Shove your offer where the sun don't shine. My car will be fixed by your client.
