claim no. *** no car hire after 30 days

I had a accident on the 25 july 2015 car was towed to the panel beaters on the same day and left there for assessment by the assessor. I picked up the courtesy car on the 27 july 2015. the assessor called me on the 29 july to tell me the repairs had been approved and the panel beaters were given the go ahead to order the parts for the repair. I did not get a response from the panel beaters or santam with regards to the claim or how long it with take to repair. Called the panel beaters on the 5 aug and was told they had not received authorisation by the assessor . called santam same day to find out and was told authorisation is done by the assessor they tried to get hold of him but could not so they give me his no. managed to call him on the 06 aug to find out and he says he had gave them authorisation and he with call them to check up. No feed back was given after that . called the panel beaters again on the 12 aug to find out and they day still no authorisation has been received. they only called me on the 18 aug to say authorisation has been received. car hire finished on 25 aug. currently now with out a car and i don't have a exact date on when i will get my car back. nothappy
