Claim for vehicle damage

From the start of my claim I have been inundated with emails and telephone calls regarding the process from beginning to end. We received all paperwork timeously and very professionally, telephone contact went without a hitch and also to the point and without any misunderstanding of where my car had to be for the assessment, clear indication of the address by means of a Pin Location to the address of where the assessment had to be done as well as a link to a camera for us to take pictures of the damage to the vehicle, very professional and I found Santam most impressive with the process of our claim
