Claim for my TV

I took a household insurance policy with Santam Insurance Company In April 2018,which covers all the items in my house. When I took this insurance the lady who assisted me asked how much do I want to insure for each item to be covered I told her about all the prices of my househld items I also told that I bought my Tv for R4500 she also told me that there would be an increase in my policy every year .The original premium was R256 but because of the yearly increase it is now R354.45 .She told me that because of the yearly increase in my policy the covers of my items would be also increase yearly .

It is surprising now when my tv is having a problem with the volume they don't even want to pay the original amount of the tv they told me they would pay for replacement an amount of R3500 and also take my tv and in the contract there is no clause which says when I claim they will take my items and reimburse me to buy the new one . Where does the yearly increase of the cover for the items apply if now they pay less amount for my tv . They did not want to pay even the original amount of my Tv instead they want to pay R3500 and take my Tv which was amounting to R4500 . I noticed that these people are taking chances of myself . I told them to cancel the claim and to challenge this matter .I also told them to bring back my Tv because they did not say to me that the tv was taken to repairs I only aware of that after they sent an assessor to come and take my tv yesterday they said to me the supplier was going to do damage report and even their supplier told me that he would brought back my tv in the after the same date which is 14 July 2020. It was new news to me when they told me that the tv was theirs now I am not going to get my tv back.As a result I am still waiting for my tv from their supplier because they told me they do not know when the supplier will bring back my tv and their supplier told me he would bring the Tv as per the instructions from Santam there is nothing that he can promise me about my tv whether I can get it or not

Please help Santam is robbing me day light.
