CLAIM FOR CHEST FREEZER KNOCKED OUT BY A POWER SURGE

Our chest freezer stopped working, due to a power surge. Santam's assessor said it could be repaired. However, Santam decided to pay out under the claim, the cost of a new similar chest freezer. I was over the moon with their decision. Payment was prompt too. Thank you Santam. The best insurance company that I have had dealings with in twenty years.
