I am very impressed by Santam's claim turn around time. You lodge a claim today and its approved within 24hours. I rate you guys 10/10. Your customer service is also the best hence I dont see myself joining another insurance company. Earlier this year I requested emergency assistance (Lock Smith) at night and I was assisted within an hour, your service providers are always prompt and professional. You must keep up the great work.
