Claim dispute resolution
What a heart-hearted attempt at resolving a claim. After a my car was involved in an accident, Santam gave me an option to buy it back. The problem is, the parts were stripped by their before delivery to me. I’ve had to buy new parts because they have not followed through. They simply closed the claim.

14 Oct 2021, 15:41Following my earlier post, Santam (Stephan) responded by saying they have exhausted ways to get hold of me. It looks like I'm not prepared to receive the missing parts. I do not know why can't SANTAM deliver the parts and we can part ways. I have emails where they were still asking GAZ panelbeaters to deliver my parts. It seems the right does not know what the left is doing there, utter chaos.

Following my earlier post, Santam (Stephan) responded by saying they have exhausted ways to get hold of me. It looks like I'm not prepared to receive the missing parts. I do not know why can't SANTAM deliver the parts and we can part ways. I have emails where they were still asking GAZ panelbeaters to deliver my parts.
